We provide up-front information regarding general charges before services, products, parts, and equipment are rendered. Information regarding total pricing will be presented to the client prior to any repairs, installations, or replacements are made. Trip and diagnostic charges prior to services are the client’s responsibility. Clients then will be presented with a total cost of additional costs for service, materials, parts, labor, equipment, and other chargers to accept or deny prior to futher work being completed. Refunds can be requested by calling 507-288-1908 and are under the discreation of the deparment manager.
