Very quick analysis of the fan settings and verification of proper selection for our size of air conditioner unit and the zones we have installed. He had experience and knowledge not explained in the owners manual, and was able to provided detailed operational information and suggestions to make our system run more quietly and types of filters we could use. Excellent service in all aspects

My technician was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was his last stop for the day, and rather than rushing through to get home, he patiently worked through the issues that kept arising, one after the other. He wasn't pushy, and just gave me options, making sure I understood each step of the way. Highly recommend!

I found out that unfortunately my A/C needed to be replaced. My furnace was also 30 years old so it made sense to replace both. Tonna was great. They beat 3 other quotes I received for comparable options. I accepted and installation was within 1 week (long holiday weekend included). Everything was super professional and easy to understand. Jacob Meyer showed up at 7:45 to do the installs and by 2:30 everything was done/cleaned up/working and he showed me how to do the new filter and answered my questions. Exceptional service. Thank you Tonna for making the stress of A/C and furnace replacement so easy!

Wow! I’m glad I chose Tonna! What a professional work crew! On time, efficient, and they crawled through the clay and mud to hook up my new AC unit! Joshua the point man was friendly and the rest of his crew was excellent! They installed a new furnace also! I am so completely satisfied with my experience I will use them again! Nathan the Sales representative explained everything clearly and the costs were right on! The excellent reviews I read before I chose them were right on!

I am extremely impressed with this company. On their website they promise "world-class quality, outstanding value, continuing adaptability and unparalleled integrity." Both technicians that worked at my house delivered on every promise. Brendan and Corey were both professional. They showed up slightly early, mask on, booties on, cheerful and kind. Their work and cleanliness were impeccable. The inspector that came to inspect the water heater was only at my house for a few minutes. When I said, "That was quick," he replied, "It doesn't take long when it is done right."
